Return Policy

The Rock Pile Return & Sales Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (excluding consignment and clearance items)
• ‘As Is’, clearance, and consignment items are final sale – no refunds or exchanges.  
• All returns must be in sellable condition and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Landscape stone returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  
• No returns on bulk products or special-order items.
• Plants do not come with a warranty.
• Any product warranties are through the manufacturer.
• Coupons and gift cards are non-refundable.
• All check refunds will be refunded 10 business days from date of deposit.
• Cash refunds over $50 will only be refunded by check.
• There is a $30 charge for all returned / NSF checks.
• Loyalty Points may not be used on sale items.
• Scratches to your vehicle may occur when driving on our property or getting loaded with bulk material.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing on mislabeled or old signs.
• To protect our staff, we will not load product during active thunderstorms or dangerous weather conditions

Personal Checks

When paying by check, it is necessary to provide your billing address/contact information and/or be enrolled in our free rewards program. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee.

Yard Waste Accepted Materials

Only the following materials can be included in yardwaste drop-off: grass clippings, brush, branches, leaves, shrubs (remove soil from roots), wood chips (including mulch).

Absolutely no: trash, soil, paper (including paper yard waste bags), rocks or gravel.
